One started this work four decades ago and still holds the circle every week. The other is the reason you can find it, read it, and join it from anywhere. This page is simply so you know who you're dealing with.

Paolo started this work more than forty years ago. Born in Florence, he has spent decades studying and teaching yoga, meditation, hypnosis and communication, and living in community across several continents. The Harmonic Circle grew out of all of that — not from a theory, but from four decades of practising it with other people.
It started early. Buddhism and the Vedas in his teens, then a decade as a wandering monk between Europe, India, Canada and the United States. He became a Sivananda yoga teacher, opened a yoga and meditation centre in Milan in 1988, and trained in the United States in Ericksonian hypnosis, NLP and past-life regression.
In 1995 he joined the Damanhur community, and stayed for more than twenty years — running a holistic middle-school programme that put ordinary school subjects next to know-thy-self lessons, travel and learning by doing, and serving as Director of International Relations until 2022. The “yoga of communication” he has been teaching since the nineties is what later became the Harmonic Circle.
He also works one to one, on his own site.

Alekos didn't take a straight road. Before this he was an insurance consultant, sold investment gold, trained salespeople, laid bricks and tended gardens. He grew up in a spiritual community, where you share your space with others and learn early to read what the person in front of you needs.
Three years ago he left all of it — not out of an entrepreneurial vision, but because the only thing that really interested him was helping people grow and find their own direction. He met someone building a personal-growth academy, and chose to work there, and to be its student.
Since then he has built everything around the practice: the site, the courses, the platforms, the videos and the words. He didn't arrive as a technician. He came to learn, has taken every course, and still practises what the Academy teaches — while running a live course of his own, for over a year now.
Facilitators who hold circles, members who have kept the rhythm for years, and people who arrived last month. They're the ones worth reading about.
