If you're buying as a consumer in the European Union you have fourteen days to withdraw, without giving a reason. Write to us and we return your money.
On The Art of Attention we go further than the law asks. The refund runs for fourteen days from the day the course opens, not from the day you paid — so you can watch the first lessons, meet your facilitator and do the practice before you decide. If it isn't right for you, write to us. No explanation needed.
For a live programme, the fourteen days run from purchase. If the programme has already begun, write to us anyway — we'd rather talk about it than hide behind a rule.
The Circle is a subscription. It renews on its own until you stop it, and you can stop it at any time, from your own account settings, with no notice and no questions. Stopping ends future payments; it does not refund payments already made.
Where a plan is a fixed number of instalments, that is stated on the page before you buy, along with what happens when the last one is paid.
We teach practices of attention and relating. They ask something of you, and what you get out depends on what you put in — so we make no promise about a particular result in your life.
None of this is medical or psychological treatment, and it doesn't replace it. If you are in the care of a doctor or a therapist, keep them in the picture. If you're going through a crisis, please reach for professional support first; we'll still be here afterwards.
The texts, videos, audio, images and the name Harmonic Circle belong to us. When you enrol you get personal access to the material: you can use it for yourself, and you can't copy it, share it or teach from it without asking. Ask, and often the answer is yes.

This site links to Sutra, YouTube, Telegram and others. Once you're there, their rules apply, not ours.
Italian law applies. If something goes wrong, write to us first — almost everything is solved that way. If it isn't, consumers can use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Where you are buying as a consumer, the competent court is the one where you live. In any other case, jurisdiction lies with the courts of Turin.
