Become who you truly are,
one day at a time.

Know yourself · Deepen your relationships · Walk it with others

40 years of practice. A living community — not a course that ends.

● What is Harmonic Circle

A community and a school for becoming who you are.

Not another course to finish. A living community with a weekly rhythm, where you learn to stay aware — to see yourself clearly and respond instead of react — alongside people walking the same way.

It's for people who've already done real work on themselves — books, courses, maybe therapy — and want to keep growing, without doing it alone.

● How you begin
Next group starts 15 September · 30 places

Two steps. The first one opens with a free lesson.

You don't have to leap. You begin with yourself, and the door to the community opens when you're ready.

A membership — not a course ● Why it lasts

The Circle isn't a course that ends. It's a rhythm you join.

Hear what it is — in the words of Anaconda and the people who live it.

What is The Circle
● Some numbers
Only ~5%

of people who download a personal-growth app are still using it a month later. Ninety-five out of a hundred quietly stop. Not for lack of wanting — there was simply nothing holding them to it.

95%

is how likely you are to follow through when you've made a specific appointment with another person. Not an intention. An appointment, with someone expecting you.

2–3 years

is how long members stay in the Harmonic Circle, on average. Many stay far longer — and that's the number we're proudest of.

None of this is about willpower. It's about a rhythm you don't have to keep up on your own.

More than one road inward

The Art of Attention opens The Circle. The other two courses stand on their own — take them when and if they serve you, with no ties to The Circle.

● Access & generosity

Money should never be the reason you can't grow.

For every course and the Circle, we offer three price levels — standard, supporter, and a supported place. Those who can give a little more quietly hold a place open for someone who can't. This is how money becomes community.

"The path gave me practical tools to become autonomous quite quickly, even in hard moments. After years of psychoanalysis I still lacked a stable inner calm — the centering practices helped me regain presence and trust within a few months."

S
Storno

"It gives me permission to want more from my life, and the real intention to go for it. It teaches me discipline, and simple new ways to observe myself without judgment."

E
Elena

"A life-changing experience: I learned to listen, speak, behave and be — and to unlearn what I'd piled on, to become the best version of myself, having fun along the way."

E
Elias

"For the first time I have control of my attention — and where you place your attention is where you live your life. Now I wake up in the mornings more easily."

● Common questions

Good to know

Where do I start?

With The Art of Attention — nine lessons at your own pace, the first one free. It gives you the ground The Circle is built on.

Do I need any experience?

None. Everything starts from the beginning — come exactly as you are.

Is this therapy, or a religion?

Neither. It's a practice of attention and honest relating. Take what serves you, and leave the rest.

Can I leave anytime?

Yes. The Circle is month by month — come and go as your life asks, no lock-in.

We take practice seriously. Ourselves? Not so much.

Short letters, real tips, and the odd giggle.

Thank you — you are on the list.
