Ubuntu Silent Hikes
A meditative walking practice born in Lebanon and rooted in the African philosophy of Ubuntu — “I am because we are.” We walk in silence — or speak softly when needed — so as not to disturb Nature or one another. The intention is simple: to observe our thoughts, let them settle, and recharge from the purest source of energy available — Nature itself.
Opening up, loving and welcoming one another is the heart of this experience — what deepens the connection and amplifies the joy of the whole group. The hikes are free (only a small contribution is asked inside the nature reserves).
Guided by Viviane — on the path of the Harmonic Circle.
