Nine lessons you follow at your own pace, with a real person walking them beside you. Distilled from forty years of practice.
Watch the first lesson — freeYour body's in the room, but your mind is somewhere else.
You react fast, then regret it a minute later.
You've tried the meditation apps, but nothing really sticks.
You sense that presence is what you're missing. You just don't have a way in.
Your calm, your relationships, your clarity: all of it follows where your attention goes. Almost nobody is ever taught to place it on purpose.
Attention is a skill, and skills can be trained. That is what this course is for.
These are the foundations the Harmonic Circle is built on. The same practice, the same language, the same way of paying attention — here you learn it on your own time, and everything that comes after rests on it.
Nine lessons. You take them in your own time, and a facilitator is assigned to you — a real person who reads what you write and answers you. Most people take about two months.
Video and audio, yours for good.
No timetable, no group to keep up with.
Assigned to you, for the whole course.
Not a trailer and not a sales video: the actual first lesson, the same one people get when they enrol. About ten minutes. No sign-up, no email.

Understand how you actually work, and why that has to come before changing anything.
They quit because they're doing it alone. That's the part we changed: here a real person walks the whole path beside you.
You send your practice and your reflections to your facilitator, and they actually read them. It isn't a form that disappears into a database.
Stuck, unsure, or curious? You ask, and they write back — for your situation, not in general.
If you go quiet for two weeks, someone knows. That is usually the difference between finishing and quietly drifting off.
They aren't there to sell you the next thing. They're there to walk this one with you.
And it shows in the numbers.
Figures drawn from published app-retention data, studies comparing supported and unsupported online courses, and research on accountability and goal completion.
Each lesson gives you one simple idea and something small to do in your real life. You bring back what happened, your facilitator helps you make sense of it, and you go again. That is how learning turns into habit.
A simple idea, in that week's lesson.
Something small, in your real week. "One breath before you answer."
What happened inside you. What you noticed.
You write it to them. They write back.
You fine-tune it together, then go again.
Each one builds on the last, and you take them in your own time. The first is free.
Before you try to change yourself, get to know the instrument you're driving: you.
See how much of your life you repeat without ever choosing it. Then start the simple daily practice everything else rests on.
Learn to say "a part of me feels this" instead of "I am this". Once you can, a reaction stops running the show.
Find your own north: the direction you can steer back to whenever life pulls at you.
Underneath the roles and the conditioning there is someone making the choices. This is how you let them lead.
Stop fighting the feeling and start observing it. Where it sits in your body, how long it really lasts. Watch it loosen.
Trace anger down to what's really there, and respond on purpose instead of reacting.
Catch the signal earlier and earlier, until you catch it early enough to choose a different ending.
By the ninth lesson the practice is yours to run. The course ends here; what you do with it doesn't.
Not new ideas in your head. Small differences in how an ordinary day goes.
You catch yourself drifting and come back. In a conversation, at dinner, in the middle of your day.
You start to notice your automatic patterns as they happen, instead of only regretting them later.
A pause opens between what happens and what you do. In that pause, you begin to choose.
Somewhere to stand when things get loud, instead of being carried off by them.
A daily rhythm you actually keep, because it is small enough to hold and you are not holding it alone.
"For the first time in my life, I have control of my attention — and where you place your attention is where you live your life. It's even easier to wake up in the mornings."
"The path gave me practical tools to become autonomous quite quickly. The morning centering practices helped me regain presence and closeness to myself. Self-criticism dissolved, and most of my relationship difficulties eased."
"It shifted the way I speak to myself, and with others. An eye-opening, soul-nourishing experience."
"The Harmonic Circle is not just a class — it's an experience that brings you back to who you truly are. Since joining, I feel more present, more grounded, and more alive."
"The Harmonic Circle structured knowledge into understanding through living experience. Now I know WHY, WHAT and HOW."
"With the Harmonic Circle I was able to experience the change within, to start to unknot and release the heaviness of my patterns, where I felt stuck even when aware."

None at all. The course starts from the very beginning and builds gently. Come as you are.
A short lesson plus a small daily practice, from a few minutes up. It's built to fit a real life, not to add pressure to it.
No. It's a practice of attention, with nothing to believe. Take what serves you, leave the rest.
Yes. It's fully self-paced and you keep lifetime access, so you can slow down, pause, or come back to a lesson anytime.
Not at all. The Art of Attention stands on its own. The Circle is there if and when you want to go further.
The Art of Attention gives you the ground the Harmonic Circle is built on. Finish it and, if you want to go further, you can step into the weekly community and keep the rhythm with others.
