Most people try to change by doing more, then run out of steam and stop. We think it works the other way around: small things you actually keep doing, week after week. That simple idea is what this whole school is built on.
“The most precious gift we can offer ourselves and others is true presence.”— Paolo Rivosecchi, founder
Our philosophy isn't a list of values we made up. It's three simple things that are true almost everywhere you look — plus one idea that connects them. They also happen to be the three shapes in our logo.

You're never really finished. There's always a next step, and you become a slightly different person by taking it — the same way a plant, a skill, or a friendship keeps developing.

Nothing stays the same for long, and neither do you. So the goal isn't to reach some calm, fixed state and stay there. It's to keep adjusting as life keeps moving.

Nobody grows alone. The people around you shape how you feel and who you become — which is why we do this work together, not on our own.
Growth isn't one big moment. It's a small thing you keep returning to.
Look at anything alive and you'll notice the same pattern: it runs on rhythm. Your heartbeat. Your breathing. The tides. The seasons. None of it happens in one big push — it happens through repetition, at a steady pace, over and over. People work the same way. You don't really grow by making one huge effort once. You grow by doing a small thing, then doing it again, and again, until it becomes a normal part of your life.
This is why we treat the word "discipline" differently from how it's usually meant. Normally it means "push harder and never miss a day." That kind of pressure works for a while, and then most people burn out and quit. What we mean is much simpler, and much kinder: discipline is just coming back — again and again — even after you've skipped a few days. It can be daily, weekly, or monthly. What matters is that you keep coming back, not that you never stop.
You'll skip days. That's normal. What matters is that you come back.
There's even a reason the word "harmonic" is in our name. In music, a sound becomes a clear note — instead of noise — when its vibrations repeat at a steady rhythm. Rhythm is what turns sound into harmony, and we think life works the same way: when you find a rhythm you can actually keep, the day-to-day noise starts to settle, and things feel more in order.
This isn't a religion, and we're not asking you to believe anything. We don't follow a single teacher or tradition. We take what actually works — from different spiritual traditions, and from psychology and other fields — and we keep only the parts you can use in a normal week, with a job, a family, and a full life.
It's also not about escaping life or rising above your problems. We're not trying to make your world smaller and quieter. If anything it's the opposite: the point is to be more present and awake in the life you already have — your work, your relationships, your ordinary days.
And we don't take ourselves too seriously. We take the practice seriously, but we keep things light, human, and full of humor — not because it's cute, but because people actually learn better when they're relaxed. When you can laugh at yourself, it's much easier to keep going.
Because in the end, none of this is about being perfect. It's about finding a rhythm you can keep coming back to — for years. If you can keep coming back, you're already doing the most important part.
Money is energy — it can stagnate or flow. For every course and the Circle we offer three price levels: those who can give a little more quietly hold a place open for those who can't. This is part of the philosophy, not separate from it — it's how money becomes community.
Here's where our tools and ideas come from. We take what works from each of these, test it in real life, and keep it practical.
Keeping a rhythm is much easier when other people are doing it with you. That's what The Circle is: a group that meets every week, so change doesn't depend on your willpower alone.
“We're all just walking each other home.”— Ram Dass

Paolo Rivosecchi started this work more than forty years ago. He spent decades studying and teaching yoga, meditation, hypnosis, and communication, and living in community on several continents. The Harmonic Circle grew out of all of that.
You don't need to know him to begin — the practice stands on its own. But if you'd like to learn more about Paolo and his one-to-one work, that lives on his personal site.
We're not teachers standing above you. We practise all of this ourselves, every day, and we still get it wrong plenty of times. Think of us as people walking the same road you are — present, patient, and easy to talk to.
